Fake Facebook pages impersonating banks

Criminal groups create Facebook pages that resemble banks’ official pages. Their aim is to deceive financial services users and obtain payment card details or identity documents.

Do not provide personal or banking information through links in posts or messages. Open the bank’s website yourself. Report a suspicious page to Facebook and to the bank being impersonated.
