Fake bank websites

Attackers can build websites that copy the appearance and content of a bank’s website. Messages about an urgent problem or a special offer may then direct people to the fake site to collect personal information.

Visit your bank by entering its known website address in your browser or opening its official app. Avoid banking links sent in unexpected emails, Viber messages or other communications.
