    Report an incident

    Use this form to report a suspected or confirmed cyber incident. The details you provide help us assess what happened, limit its impact and prevent further incidents.

    Confidentiality

    Include the date, time, impact and any technical information available. You do not need to know the technical cause to submit a report.

    Do not include passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes.

    Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

    Include the date, what happened and the impact. Maximum 10,000 characters.

    Up to 5 files, 5 MB per file and 10 MB in total. Images, PDF, TXT, LOG, EML, MSG and ZIP files are accepted.

    You can attach multiple supporting files.
