Contactless payments

Contactless payments are quick and convenient, but you still need to look after your card and check your transactions. Confirm the amount on the terminal before paying and do not hand your card to someone you do not know.

If you lose your card, block it promptly through your banking app or contact your bank to reduce the risk of unauthorised transactions.

Review your statements regularly. Where your bank offers them, use controls for blocking or limiting contactless payments.
