Security questions may be used to verify your identity or recover an online account. Their answers should not be easy to guess or available on social media and other public sources.

Do not share your answers or publish them online. Enable two-factor authentication where available: a security question is not a substitute for a second authentication factor.

Treat an answer like a password. Keep it unique and known only to you.
